Requests that may return a large number of entries should support pagination. In particular

Inventory of Requests
Pending Matches
Resolved Matches
Maybe Potential Match Response (300 Multiple Choices) and Obtain SOR Records?

A JSON Representation for Pagination should probably be added and referenced.
