This file should be available in /opt/ and should be substituted out as a part of this image. (The appliance will allow overwriting it, but the same substitution process should run on the file, regardless of its contents.)

This file outlines some components available from upstream images.

Please check I added all logic in comanage but I do not know if I need to change the place of /opt/etc/shibboleth/shibboleth2.xml to other directory.
