URL under test should be the status URL, and return 200

The URL we test in our running tests should be the status URL.

That means this url should change.

We should change the success criteria from "returns text" to "returns a status code of 200"

The status URL is returning a 404 currently, which makes the test fail. We should bring this up with the Internet2 team in our status report/meeting.
