Remove HideFromWAYF extension from CMS aggregate.

Note that the xmlns:wayf prefix declaration is still included because this aggregate doesn't have its own normalisation rules. At some point we should remove that from ns_norm.xsl but that will have to wait until all other uses have been phased out.
