Name already in use

Host names containing underscore (e.g. grouper_ws) are not valid
according to RFC1123; and this is endorsed by Apache httpd. So, for
demo/complex we provide correct aliases e.g. grouper-ws. We should
perhaps do the same also for the other scenarios.
